 Keith Romelli has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential carpentry. He is a perfectionist, striving to ensure Altior GC realizes its ambition in achieving the highest possible standards.

A family man, married with 3 children, Keith’s career has seen him manage high-end office space for multiple buildings, apartments and condos; with interior build-outs and renovations taking center stage.

Keith’s outstanding craftsmanship is the heartbeat of Altior. He’s an exceptionally talented, multi-skilled general contractor.
 

Lee has worked in the service industry since 2006 having previously spent 14 years working for BBC Television in London. He has a wealth of experience overseeing countless renovation projects in the serviced office sector and recently worked as a Property Management Director in Hoboken overseeing in excess of 100 apartments.

A people person, with a creative mind and a real passion for renovations, Lee loves transforming living space into something his clients will adore. If you are interested in using Altior General Contracting, Lee will be your chief liaison and available throughout the project, right through to conclusion.

 Ulises Sotelo is a highly valued member of team Altior. Initially employed to assist in our property management portfolio, he is now a vital asset in any of our renovation projects.

Extremely hard working and highly skilled in a number of areas, Ulises’ work ethic and attention to detail is always evident. His positive and conscientious attitude fits perfectly with our company motto - achieving higher standards. 

 We were thrilled to welcome ‘Danny’ to the team. He joined Altior in 2024 and is known as ‘Mr Reliable.’ He is extremely hard-working, polite and very knowledgeable. His carpentry skills have enhanced the company and have allowed us to take on larger and more challenging projects.
