 Keith Romelli has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential carpentry. He is a perfectionist, striving to ensure Altior GC realizes its ambition in achieving the highest possible standards.

A family man, married with 3 children, Keith’s career has seen him manage high-end office space for multiple buildings, apartments and condos; with interior build-outs and renovations taking center stage.

Keith’s outstanding craftsmanship is the heartbeat of Altior. He’s an exceptionally talented, multi-skilled general contractor.
 

Lee has worked in the service industry since 2006 having previously spent 14 years working for BBC Television in London. He has a wealth of experience overseeing countless renovation projects in the serviced office sector and recently worked as a Property Management Director in Hoboken overseeing in excess of 100 apartments.

A people person, with a creative mind and a real passion for renovations, Lee loves transforming living space into something his clients will adore. If you are interested in using Altior General Contracting, Lee will be your chief liaison and available throughout the project, right through to conclusion.

 Ulises Sotelo is a highly valued member of team Altior. Initially employed to assist in our property management portfolio, he is now a vital asset in any of our renovation projects.

Extremely hard working and highly skilled in a number of areas, Ulises’ work ethic and attention to detail is always evident. His positive and conscientious attitude fits perfectly with our company motto - achieving higher standards. 

We love having Gerard as part of our team. He works extremely hard, is the ultimate professional and most importantly, a perfectionist.

He is an expert finisher whose spackling skills are exemplary and the envy of many in his field. A brilliant painter who takes immense pride in his work and always has a smile on his face. 

Samuel is an extremely hard-working member of our team. Always looking to be one step ahead. A multi-skilled contractor who always goes above and beyond, to not only carry out his work, but help the team. 

Carlos is a highly skilled contractor. Whether it be carpentry, tiling or painting, he is a perfectionist and we are hugely grateful to have him as part of our team.

Yenis works part-time for Altior helping to ensure our work sites are clean and in good order.  Ultra-reliable, Yenis will step up and help the team in any way possible, whether it be getting goods to site, driving, helping with deliveries and out of hours service requests.  

She is also responsible for assisting the property management teams and ensuring the buildings we manage look great.
